Galacase Phone Case Warranty Program

Galacase cases come with a two-year warranty with every purchase. Galacase will gladly offer one (1) free replacement for each item purchased within 2 years of purchase. This warranty is valid regardless of the cause of the damage or problem. All we ask is that you pay for shipping! Replacement orders must be placed within 7 days of receiving the discount code.

For example, if you purchased on December 19, 2022, you can make one (1) warranty claim between December 19, 2022 and December 19, 2024.

**Replacement accepted
Once a customer accepts a replacement for any item, they will no longer be eligible for a return refund or a refund of the original order. If an item is damaged by a drop, we can no longer provide a refund, only a replacement.

If you do not wish to receive a replacement:
Galacase can only offer a product for the same amount of store credit as the product if the customer decides not to exchange for the same product. (If it exceeds the original price, the difference needs to be paid)

We do not accept returns for refunds if damaged items are damaged due to drops, falls, etc.
