Does it get dirty easily, and what if it gets dirty?
All Galacase products come with cleaning alcohol packs. If you get dirty in daily use, please use an alcohol pack/clean water to clean.
Does the pattern come off easily?
The pattern is completed by UV color printing technology. After adding multiple layers of anti-scratch layers, it is not easy to fall off.

We're sorry to hear you have a warranty issue! We'll be happy to help you with any issues you may have experienced with our products. A photo is required on ALL product issues/warranty claims.

Galacase Cases come with a one-year warranty per purchase. Within 2 years of purchase, Galacase is happy to provide one (1) free replacement per product purchased. This warranty holds up regardless of the cause of the damage or issue. We just ask you to pay for the shipping! Order for the replacement must be placed within 7 days of receiving the discount code.
